Job Description
Grand Savoy Hotel is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Reservationist to join our team.Position: Reservationist*2Department: Reservations / Front Office Location: Grand Savoy Hotel Type: Full-time (Part-time if applicable)Key ResponsibilitiesHandle reservations and booking requests via phone, email, walk-ins, and online channelsCreate and manage reservations using the hotel booking systemConfirm details (guest name, dates, room type, number of guests, special requests)Assist with cancellations, rescheduling, and modifications according to hotel policyProvide accurate information on availability, rates, and hotel servicesCoordinate with front desk and other departments to ensure smooth guest check-in readinessMaintain clean, accurate reservation records and follow confidentiality standardsDeliver excellent customer service at all timesRequirementsStrong communication and customer service skillsBasic computer skills and ability to learn hotel reservation systems quicklyProfessional phone etiquetteAttention to detail and ability to multitaskAbility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if requiredPrior reservations/front desk experience is an advantagePreferred Qualifications Experience with hotel management systems (PMS) or reservation platforms.A diploma or degree in hotel management, travel and tourism, or a related fieldKnowledge of hospitality/restaurant/customer service standards.Experience handling high call volumes.
