REGISTERED NURSE – NDOLACERBA LANCET ZAMBIAPOSITION IS FIXED TERM - PARTTIME ==========================================================================================Key Competency Requirements:Grade 12 certificateRelevant nursing qualification Minimum one year working experience in the healthcare industryMust have experience working with cash and point of care machinesMust have data entry experience Must be computer literateAbility to communicate effectivelyMust have good telephone etiquetteMust be customer oriented with good interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a pressurized environmentAttention to detail and Maintain ConfidentialityKey Responsibilities:·       Processes sample registration (“logging”) and queries according to set standard operating procedures.·       Administers sorting and distribution of samples according to set standard operating procedures.·       Performs phlebotomy procedures·       Monitors turnaround time·       Handles administrative queries and customer complaints to ensure timely resolution ·       Ensures basic housekeeping in own working area, including suitable cleaning and preparation of equipment according to set standard operating procedures.·       Monitors stock levels and orders additional stock to ensure the availability of required materials at all times ·       Receives cash from patients and ensures banking of monies in accordance with relevant standard operating procedures.To apply, please send your CV, copy of Identity document, copy of qualifications and cover letter via email to venna.belemu@cerbalancetafrica.comApplications Close 17 hours Friday 5th June 2026.
