HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER (5YRS)We are seeking for an experienced Human Resource Officer to join the Human resource team. This position reports to the Lead - Human Resource Manager. Successful candidates will be responsible for the below duties:·      Complete full-cycle HR work including employee recruitment, onboarding, induction, training, Grievances, performance evaluations, attendance management, salary settlement, employee transfer and resignation procedures·      Establish and improve basic HR management systems, sort out employee files and optimize daily management, maintain good employee order and team stability.·      Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations (according to Zambian Labour Laws)Requirements:·      Minimum – Diploma in Human Resource Management with 5 years’ experience ·       Member of ZHRIMApplication Requirements:·      CV with photo·      Full personal details·      Salary expectationsAll CV’s to be sent to vester@bootup-africa.com
