ABOUT USWolfvale Mining Limited is establishing a specialized diesel engine rebuild centre focused on specific light vehicles, trucks, and mining equipment. Our vision is to become a leading engine rebuild facility in Zambia by expanding into heavy mining equipment (HME) and industrial engines.JOB SUMMARYWe are looking for 2 skilled and disciplined Diesel Engine Technicians to join our startup team. These roles are ideal for individuals who are hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with a high-performance workshop.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESStrip, assess, and rebuild diesel engines Conduct fault finding and root cause analysis on engine failuresMeasure and inspect components thoroughly (clearances, tolerances, wear limits)Assemble engines to OEM standards and specificationsMaintain clean and organize work areas (5S standards)Record work done and support basic documentation of rebuild processesWork closely with management to improve processes and turnaround timesREQUIREMENTSGrade 12 certificateCraft or Trade Certificate in Automotive/Heavy Equipment RepairMember of Engineering Institute of Zambia Experience with Toyota Land Cruiser, trucks (MAN, Volvo, Sino, FAW), CAT, Cummins or similar enginesMinimum of 3 years relevant experience as a technicianValid Driver’s license – Class B unrestricted minimumExposure to mining or heavy equipment engines is an added advantageExperience working in structured workshops (OEM or mining environment)Proven experience in diesel engine repairs and rebuildsStrong understanding of engine components and systemsAbility to use measuring tools (micrometers, verniers, dial gauges)Hands-on experience with strip and assembly work (not just servicing)Ability to work with minimal supervisionStrong computer literacy  HOW TO APPLYSend your CV and a short summary of your engine rebuild experience to our company email
