Job Description
ResponsibilitiesCoordination of daily sales activities.Meet the sales target and ensuring that payments are collected from all the sign ups.Recruitment of direct sales agents in your markets.Submission of daily sales report to the sales coordinator.Ensuring GPON sign ups are submitted to the sales operation.Conduct product knowledge session with all the DSA’s in your team.Submission of detailed report of homes passed and connected in your assigned area againstPlan and implement agreed weekly activities and sales activations/market storms Ensure new GPON signups are connected within set timelines to accelerate revenue generationReport installation delays and customer onboarding issues to the GPON coordinator Candidate RequirementsDiploma in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum of 1 years’ experience in a sales and distribution or similar role in a telecom industry Excellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft office packages Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the roles highlighted above.
