Huachen International Supply Chain Limited is currently seeking to employ Human Resource Interns in the Human Resources Department to join our team.POSITION: Human Resource Intern (X2)LOCATION: Ndola, SakaniaDEPARTMENT: Human ResourcesJOB PURPOSEThe main purpose of the Human Resource Intern is to assist with HR administration and support the company’s growing operations through talent management processes and documentation.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1.    Assist in recruitment processes by advertising job positions, reviewing applications, shortlisting, scheduling and conducting interviews.2.    Support orientation and onboarding of new employees.3.    Assist with performance management activities, including appraisals, data entry, and document preparation.4.    Support HR compliance with NAPSA, NHIMA, and ZRA.5.    General administrative support, including writing contracts, preparing reports, and attending to employee queries.6.    Assist in office operations, creating, filling and retrieving HR documentation and employee records.7.    Assist with any other duties assigned by the HR manager.QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTSMinimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Public Administration.Basic understanding of Human Resource processes.Membership with the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.Work experience in Human Resources will be an added advantage.Candidates must be permanent residents of Ndola or willing to relocate.Note.
