Job Vacancy: Accountant & HR AdministratorJob Responsibilities1. Financial & Tax Management1. Be responsible for the company’s daily financial accounting, bookkeeping, account reconciliation and financial statement preparation, ensure the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of financial data.2. Undertake all company tax-related work, including tax declaration, tax calculation, tax filing, tax clearance application, and timely update and master local tax policies to ensure the company’s tax compliance.3. Sort out and archive financial vouchers, tax documents and financial files in a standardized manner, and complete annual financial audit coordination work.2. Government & External Liaison1. Be the main contact person for docking with government departments (tax bureau, labor bureau, industrial and commercial departments and other relevant institutions).2. Responsible for handling various government filings, official document submission, policy consultation and annual inspection work, maintaining good and stable cooperative relations with relevant government departments.3. Timely feedback on policy changes, assist the company in completing various government administrative procedures and compliance inspections.3. Contract Management1. Draft, review, sort out and manage all types of company contracts (employee labor contracts, business cooperation contracts, administrative contracts, etc.), ensure that contract terms comply with local laws, regulations and company management systems.2. Track the performance progress of contracts, sort out contract files uniformly, establish a contract management ledger, and prevent contract risks.4. Human Resource Management1. Complete full-cycle HR work including employee recruitment, entry registration, induction training, attendance management, salary settlement, employee transfer and resignation procedures.2. Standardize employee labor relationship management, handle employee daily affairs, labor disputes and consultation work properly.3. Establish and improve basic HR management systems, sort out employee files, and optimize daily human resource management processes.4. Assist in team construction and employee daily management, maintain good employee order and team stability.Job Requirements1. Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Human Resource Management or related majors; holders of accounting qualification certificate are preferred.2. Have 1-3 years of working experience in accounting and HR comprehensive management, familiar with local tax declaration procedures, government docking processes and labor management regulations.3. Proficient in contract drafting and review, skilled in using office software and financial office systems.4. Have strong comprehensive coordination ability, communication skills and problem-solving ability, able to independently handle external government affairs and internal administrative work.5. Rigorous and careful in work, with strong sense of responsibility, good professional ethics and team spirit, able to adapt to comprehensive administrative and financial work.6. Good written and verbal English communication skills (essential for external liaison and official document processing).Salary & Benefits1.
