Broadleaf Urban Properties is a growing real estate and property development company committed to delivering quality land development solutions across Zambia through professionalism, innovation, and excellence.Who We’re Looking ForWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team and support our expanding land development and construction projects.Key Requirements* Degree in Land Surveying or a related field* Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience in land surveying* Proficiency in GPS, Total Stations, AutoCAD, GIS, and other surveying tools* Strong understanding of cadastral and topographical surveys* Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills* Strong communication and report-writing abilities* Ability to work independently and within a team environmentMain Responsibilities* Conduct land and topographical surveys for property and development projects* Establish and verify land boundaries and site measurements* Prepare survey reports, maps, drawings, and legal descriptions* Operate and maintain modern surveying equipment and software* Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams on project execution* Analyze survey data and ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations* Maintain accurate field notes, records, and survey documentation* Support site planning, land subdivision, and infrastructure development projectsWhat We Offer* Opportunity to work on dynamic real estate and development projects* Professional growth and career development* Supportive and growth-driven work environment
