RECEPTIONISTWe are looking for a smart, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to join the Chipo’s Lux Apartments team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to manage guest interactions professionally while ensuring a smooth reservation and check-in experience.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner• Handle phone calls, emails, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-in guests• Manage bookings, reservations, and guest check-ins/check-outs• Coordinate online bookings through platforms such as Booking.com and Airbnb• Process guest payments and maintain accurate records• Provide guests with information about services, facilities, and local guidance• Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area• Coordinate with housekeeping and management to ensure smooth operations• Prepare daily reports and update guest records accuratelyQUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism is an added advantage• At least 1 year experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, or hotel operations• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Professional appearance and positive attitude• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications• Familiarity with online booking platforms is an added advantage• Ability to multitask and work under pressure• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills• Honest, reliable, and service-oriented
