The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating procurement, supplier management, stock replenishment, and transportation logistics to ensure continuous product availability across our stores. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and has strong coordination and follow-up skills.Key Responsibilities:Procure agro and FMCG products at competitive pricesCoordinate transportation and dispatch of bulk goods (30–40 ton trucks)Monitor stock levels and prevent stockoutsDevelop and maintain SOPs, operational procedures, and work standards within the procurement and logistics functionFollow up suppliers, transporters, and deliveriesCoordinate loading/offloading and delivery schedulesMaintain procurement and logistics records using ERP systemsSupport inventory planning and inter-store stock transfersPrepare procurement and stock reportsDesired Skills and Experience Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience in procurement, logistics, transport coordination, or inventory managementStrong negotiation and communication skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesERP experience is an added advantageExperience handling bulk goods logistics is an added advantageKey AttributesStrong follow-up abilitySense of urgencyReliable and accountableProblem solverGood coordination and planning skillsCompensation:The incumbent will receive a competitive salary commensurate with experience.To Apply:Please send your CV to careers@talenthousepeople.com  before the  26th of May, 2026.
