Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume recruitment operations and ensure strong talent pipeline coverage across the organization.Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to meet forecasted hiring and seat demandSource, screen, and coordinate qualified candidates for open positions across multiple departmentsEnsure timely delivery of quality candidates aligned with role requirements and hiring timelinesManage candidate communication and scheduling throughout the recruitment lifecycleMaintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, dashboards, and ATS/CRM systemsTrack and report on key Talent Acquisition metrics, including:Pipeline coverageTime-to-fillInterview-to-hire conversionCandidate qualityNew hire retention under 90 daysEnsure compliance with recruitment processes, documentation standards, and operational proceduresCollaborate closely with hiring managers and operational leaders to support workforce planningSupport continuous improvement initiatives within recruitment operations and reportingRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related fieldPrevious experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or high-volume hiring environmentsStrong sourcing and candidate engagement capabilityExperience using ATS, CRM, or recruitment management systemsExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
