Job Title:​ Operations Manager – Bubble Tea / Coffee ChainLocation:​ Lusaka, ZambiaReports To:​ General Manager / Franchise OwnerKey ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of stores in Lusaka, ensuring high standards in food safety, hygiene, and service quality.Manage P&L, inventory control, and supply chain logistics to minimize costs and waste.Lead, recruit, and train local store teams and management trainees.Drive sales targets and execute local marketing campaigns to boost brand presence.RequirementsExperience:​ 3+ years in F&B chain operations (bubble tea, coffee, or fast food). Experience in Zambia or East Africa is a major plus.Language:​ Fluent English​ is mandatory. Local language skills (Nyanja/Bemba) are highly advantageous.Skills:​ Strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to manage local staff effectively in a startup environment.
