Since 2015, the club has grown into a vibrant fitness community with hundreds of members, multiple satellite running groups, and major running events that attract both local and international participants.We are looking for a highly creative and energetic Multimedia Designer who can help us tell powerful stories through visuals, photography, video, and social media content.Role SummaryThe Multimedia Designer (MMD) will primarily focus on graphic design and visual branding for Lusaka Fitness Squad, while also supporting photography and videography needs during runs, races, and events. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional graphic design skills and have the ability to create engaging social media content that captures the energy and spirit of the club.Level of Effort70% Graphic Design20% Photography10% VideographyKey ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design (70%)Design high-quality posters, flyers, banners, race bib concepts, certificates, event branding materials, and social media graphics.Create engaging visual campaigns for club runs, races, sponsor activations, and fitness initiatives.Maintain consistency in Lusaka Fitness Squad branding across all platforms and materials.Develop creative content for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.Create motion graphics and simple animations where necessary.Photography (20%)Attend club runs, races, training sessions, and fitness events to capture high-quality photographs.Edit and optimize photos for social media, websites, sponsor reports, and promotional campaigns.Build and maintain an organized digital photo archive for the club.Videography & Reels (10%)Capture short-form videos and behind-the-scenes moments during events and runs.Create engaging reels and short highlight videos optimized for social media platforms.Support live event storytelling through quick-turnaround video content.Qualifications & SkillsDiploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communication Design, or related field.Outstanding graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or related software.Strong understanding of visual storytelling and social media content creation.Good photography and basic videography skills.Ability to create trendy and engaging social media reels.Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure during events.Experience working with sports, fitness, lifestyle, or event brands is an added advantage.Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and race days.Personal AttributesHighly creative and innovative.Passionate about fitness, running, and community engagement.Self-driven and dependable.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
