Creative Designer

About the Role:The Creative Designer (Design, Animation & Video Editing) will ensure conceptualizing and producing high-quality visual and multimedia content that helps the organization's brand, marketing, product, and internal communication targets. The role integrates graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing to deliver compelling, consistent, and engaging content across multiple platforms.What you would be expected to do:Creative DesignDevelop and execute visual concepts for:Marketing campaigns (digital and print)Social media contentCorporate communications materials (presentations, e-shots, posters, brochures)Ensure all designs align with established brand guidelines and visual identity systemsContribute to ideation and creative direction for campaigns and brand initiativesVideo EditingEdit video content for:Product demonstrations and explainer videosMarketing and campaign contentInternal training and communication materialsAssemble raw footage, graphics, audio, and effects into polished final outputsAdapt video content for multiple platforms (web, social media, presentations)Animation & Motion GraphicsDesign and develop motion graphics and animations including:Explainer videosAnimated infographicsSocial media motion contentCreate animated assets such as:Titles, transitions, and lower thirdsContent Production Participate in video production processes including and Pre-production (concept development, storyboarding, shot planning)Post-production editing and finishingManage and organise digital assets (video, graphics, audio)Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with Marketing, Communications, and Product teams and Aftersales and training teams (for instructional content).Interpret creative briefs and translate them into effective visual solutionsIncorporate feedback and deliver revisions in a timely mannerBrand Governance & Quality AssuranceMaintain consistency and integrity of the brand across all outputsEnsure all creative materials meet organisational standards and compliance requirementsConduct quality checks prior to final deliveryYou might be a strong candidate if you have:Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Film Production, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role (in-house or agency).Demonstrated portfolio showcasing graphic design, video editing, and animation work.Strong creative and conceptual thinkingHigh attention to detail and qualityEffective time management and ability to handle multiple projectsStrong communication and people-person skillsAbility to receive and apply constructive feedbackTimely delivery of assigned projectsBasic knowledge of photography and videographyExperience with 3D tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D)knowledge of digital marketing and content performance metricsWhat Sun King offers:Professional growth in a dynamic, rapidly expanding, high-social-impact industryAn open-minded, collaborative culture with enthusiastic colleagues driven by the challenge of innovation and making a profound impact on people and the planet.A truly multicultural experience: you will have the chance to work with and learn from people from different geographies, nationalities, and backgrounds.Structured, tailored learning and development programs that help you become a better leader, manager, and professional through the Sun King Center for Leadership.
