Position Title:ForemanReports To:Site Manager / Project ManagerJob Purpose:To supervise and coordinate daily site operations, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards, project specifications, and deadlines.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Supervise workers and subcontractors on site.Allocate daily tasks and monitor work progress.Ensure all works are carried out according to drawings and specifications.Maintain discipline and productivity among workers.Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.Monitor attendance and report manpower requirements.Enforce health and safety regulations on site.Report accidents, damages, and delays immediately.Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and management.Ensure quality workmanship at all times.Prepare daily site progress reports.Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work site.Requirements and Qualifications:Certificate or Diploma in Construction or related field is an added advantage.Proven experience as a Foreman in construction or related works.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.Good knowledge of site safety procedures.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Skills and Competencies:Leadership and supervisionProblem-solving skillsTime managementTeam coordinationAttention to detailDecision-making ability
