Field Operations Officer

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Field Operations Officer to support our copper ore sourcing and field operations in Solwezi.Key Responsibilities:Identify and engage artisanal copper ore suppliersBuild relationships with mining cooperatives and local stakeholdersCoordinate transport and logistics activitiesConduct site visits and assist with sampling processesMaintain supplier and operational recordsSupport day-to-day field operations and reportingExperience Required:Experience in mining, commodity trading, logistics, or field operations is preferredExperience working with artisanal miners or mining cooperatives is an added advantageUnderstanding of copper ore sourcing, sampling, and site operations is beneficialExperience in transport coordination and supplier relationship management is preferredMust be comfortable working in field environments and travelling to mining sitesStrong communication, reporting, and organisational skills requiredKnowledge of Solwezi and surrounding mining areas is an advantageRequirements:Based in Solwezi or willing to relocateStrong communication and relationship management skillsHonest, organised, and proactiveAble to work independently and handle field assignments responsiblyAreas of Focus:Copper ore sourcingArtisanal supplier developmentLogistics coordinationLocal stakeholder engagementInterested candidates can send their CV and contact details via WhatsApp or email.
