Dispatch Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Dispatch Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating transportation operations, optimizing delivery schedules, and ensuring the timely and safe movement of goods.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily scheduling and coordination of transportation activities to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods;Coordinate drivers, vehicles, and warehouse resources to maximize transport efficiency and optimize delivery routes;Monitor transportation operations and promptly resolve any issues or unexpected situations;Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the dispatch system, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting;Support transportation cost analysis and provide recommendations for operational improvements and cost reduction;Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company operational standards;Communicate effectively with internal teams, drivers, and customers regarding delivery schedules and dispatch updates;Qualifications & RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Logistics Management, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or a related field;Minimum of 2 year experience in logistics dispatch and transportation coordination;Knowledge of domestic transportation regulations and road networks;Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills;Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage unexpected situations;Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and dispatch/transport management systems;Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy;preferably the age of 22-35Interested candidates who meet the above requirements are invited to submit their CV and relevant qualifications in a single PDF document to natashamwenso@sunda.com
