Job Description

The Zambia Institute of Business and Industrial Practice (ZIBSIP) College in Kitwe is looking to hire an Assistant Internal Auditor.Assistant Internal Auditor (Full-time)Responsible for carrying out audit assignments at the college and highlighting variances in transactions recording, and financial accounting remedial action.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and participate in the preparations or review of work plans, policies, work manuals, procedures, and reflected documents.Participating in determining whether departments in the college are performing their planning, accounting, custodial, or control activities in compliance with management policies, procedures, and in a manner consistent with the institutions objective high standard of administrative practices.Participating in surveying functions and activities in assigned areas to determine the nature of operation, adequacy of the system, and efficiency of performance activities under review.Participate in the preparation of the internal Audit annual budget proposal, including estimates of costs associated with the unit's operations.To perform any other duties assigned by the supervisorQualification and Requirements:Full Grade 12 CertficateCA Zambia Application level, ACCA level II, CIMA level IIAt least (3) years of work experienceMust be registered with the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA)Interested candidates who meet the above requirements can send their cover letters, curriculum vitae (CVs), and copies of academic and professional certificates to zibsip.admin@zibsip.co.zmAll applications should be addressed to:The Principal,Zambia Institute of Business Studies and Industrial Practice (ZIBSIP)P.O.
