Full-Stack AI Application Engineer

This project is looking to build high-impact AI apps + systems for medium-to-large businesses. Our solution will combine practical product thinking with strong engineering execution across AI agents and workflow automation.Role MissionDesign and deliver production-grade full-stack applications powered by modern AI tooling, with strong ownership from architecture and coding through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.Core Responsibilities·       Build and ship end-to-end products: frontend, backend, data, and cloud deployment.·       Use Vibe Coding workflow effectively: AI-assisted coding with strong engineering judgment.·       Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and clean user experiences.·       Create reliable APIs and integrations with external platforms (CRM, messaging, automation, and finance tools).·       Own quality: tests, error handling, observability, and production stability.·       Collaborate with product and growth teams to prioritize features with clear business ROI.Must-Have Technical Skills·       Strong full-stack engineering skills with proven production experience.·       Frontend excellence (React/Next.js or equivalent modern frameworks).·       Backend excellence (Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js), API design, and service architecture.·       Solid database skills (PostgreSQL and practical data modeling).·       Comfort with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and secure deployment practices.·       Ability to implement AI features pragmatically (LLM APIs, retrieval, prompt/system design).Preferred Experience (Strong Advantage)·       Experience with GCP/Kubernetes, workflow systems, and production AI agents.·       Experience in automation-heavy products (WhatsApp, voice, CRM, or operations tooling).·       Experience in compliance-sensitive or high-reliability environments.Mindset and Personal Qualities·       High ownership and initiative (proactive mentality): identifies problems and solves them proactively.·       Excellent English communication (written and spoken) with clear technical reasoning.·       Strong product sense: chooses simple, scalable solutions over unnecessary complexity.·       Fast learner with discipline, consistency, and attention to detail.·       Team player who can work independently in a remote environment.What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)·       First 30 days: own onboarding, understand architecture, and ship meaningful code to production.·       First 60 days: lead at least one complete feature from spec to release with measurable impact.·       First 90 days: improve speed, quality, and reliability across one major product workflow.Selection Process·       Step 1: CV + portfolio/GitHub review.·       Step 2: technical screening interview in English.·       Step 3: practical build assignment (full-stack + AI-assisted implementation).·       Step 4: final interview (ownership, communication, and execution quality).
