Central Control Operator

We are looking for a qualified Central Control Operator to support operations at our new concrete batching plant in Lusaka. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating production operations and ensuring smooth plant scheduling.Key Requirements:Experience in concrete mixing plant operations or production scheduling is preferredBasic Chinese language proficiency will be an added advantageStrong communication and coordination skillsDiploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Process EngineeringLusaka residents are preferredFamiliarity with local road conditions and the Lusaka operating environmentKey Responsibilities:Monitor and control batching plant production processesCoordinate scheduling of trucks and production activitiesCommunicate with drivers and plant staff to ensure smooth operationsEnsure production targets and operational standards are metAssist management with operational reporting and coordination
