Sales Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Sales Operations Specialist to drive efficiency, accuracy, and performance across the sales organization.Responsibilities:Analyze sales activity data to generate actionable insights for leadershipMonitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue forecastsIdentify and implement improvements to sales processes and workflowsEvaluate process effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiativesDetect bottlenecks and inconsistencies across the sales cycleDevelop, maintain, and optimize sales dashboards and reportsBuild new reporting tools to enhance visibility and performance trackingEnsure consistency and integrity of data across systemsManage and optimize CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot)Ensure accurate data entry, user adoption, and system efficiencyCreate and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and training materialsSupport onboarding and training of new sales team membersAssist in territory planning and quota allocationSupport sales compensation calculations and commission trackingEnsure commission data is accurate and ready for payroll processingPartner with Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to align processesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar roleHands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)Strong ability to build dashboards and interpret data into actionable insightsAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skillsClose attention to detail and data accuracy
