Tyre Fitter (X1)

Huachen International Supply Chain Limited is currently seeking to employ a Tyre Fitter in the Maintenance Department to join our growing team.POSITION: Tyre Fitter (X1)LOCATION: Ndola, SakaniaDEPARTMENT: MaintenanceJOB PURPOSEThe Tyre Fitter will be responsible for all tyre inspections, repairs and maintenance on heavy-duty trucks and light vehicles to optimize safety and operational reliability.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1.    To remove, fit and replace tyres on trucks and other vehicles.2.    Inspect tyre wear, damage and repair punctured and pressure issues.3.    Maintain correct tyre pressure and ensure proper alignment when required.4.    Perform tyre rotation to ensure even wear and longer tyre lifespan.5.    Record tyre serial numbers and submit to the store for record computation.6.     Participate in repair work and other related duties or service activities.QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTSA Trade/Craft Certificate will be an added advantage.Grade twelve (12) Certificate.At least three (03) years of maintenance experience, preferably in a transport and logistics company.Must be a permanent resident of Ndola or willing to relocate. Basic knowledge in mechanics will be an added advantage.NOTE.
