This is not an entry-level analyst role. The candidate must already understand how to manage fast-moving lending portfolios in emerging markets and should be comfortable working with alternative data, behavioral scoring, fraud monitoring, and delinquency analytics.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and optimize portfolio risk performanceConduct borrower and sector risk analysisSupport credit policy refinement and scorecard developmentAnalyze repayment behavior and delinquency trendsDetect fraud patterns and suspicious lending behaviorProduce risk dashboards and portfolio reporting for managementDesired Skills and Experience Minimum 3–5 years experience in:MicrofinanceDigital lendingBanking riskFintech credit operationsStrong understanding of:PAR analysisVintage analysisRoll ratesCollections analyticsFraud risk monitoringCredit scoring methodologiesExperience analyzing unsecured consumer or SME lending portfoliosExperience working with high-volume loan booksAbility to independently identify portfolio deterioration trends and recommend corrective actionStrong Excel skills requiredExperience with SQL, Power BI, Python, or analytics systems is a strong advantageCompensation:The incumbent will receive a competitive salary commensurate with experience.To Apply:Please send your CV to careers@talenthousepeople.com  before the  18th of May, 2026.
