About the role:Mighty Fin is building Zambia’s financial infrastructure rails for Africa through embedded finance, digital lending, collections infrastructure, and alternative credit systems. We are not looking for learners or general marketers. We are looking for operators with proven execution experience in high-growth microfinance, fintech, lending, or digital financial services environments. The successful candidate must have a strong background in scaling loan books, managing aggressive field sales teams, driving portfolio growth, and executing customer acquisition strategies within regulated lending environments.Key Responsibilities:Lead nationwide acquisition strategy across payroll, SME, and mass-market lendingBuild and optimize sales funnels and embedded finance distribution channelsManage regional sales performance and productivityDrive strategic partnerships and ecosystem growthCollaborate with risk and collections teams to ensure sustainable portfolio growthBuild scalable customer acquisition systems for rapid expansionDesired Skills and Experience Minimum 5 years experience in microfinance, fintech, banking, digital lending, or credit-led financial servicesMust have managed high-performing field sales or branch acquisition teamsProven experience driving loan disbursement growth and customer acquisition targetsStrong understanding of:Payroll lendingSME lendingAgent-based acquisition modelsCollections-linked sales environmentsEmbedded finance partnershipsDemonstrated ability to scale portfolios while maintaining portfolio qualityExperience managing sales KPIs including:DisbursementsPARConversion ratesCACRetentionAgent productivityExisting network within Zambian financial services, telecom, SME, or payroll ecosystems is an advantageCompensation:The incumbent will receive a competitive salary commensurate with experience.To Apply:Please send your CV to careers@talenthousepeople.com before the 18th of May, 2026.
