JOB DESCRIPTION: SECURITY RIDER (MOTORBIKE)Company: Bienvenue Private Security Ltd Department: Operations Reports To: Operations Supervisor / Control RoomPosition SummaryThe Security Rider (Motorbike) is responsible for providing rapid-response security services using a motorbike to patrol assigned areas, respond to alarms and incidents, and support static guards and patrol units. The role requires high mobility, discipline, and strong situational awareness to enhance overall security effectiveness.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesConduct scheduled and random motorbike patrols within assigned zonesRespond promptly to panic alarms, distress calls, and emergency incidentsProvide first response support before reinforcement arrivesObserve, identify, and report suspicious activities or security breachesSupport night operations, shift changes, and guard supervisionEscort staff, assets, or vehicles when requiredMaintain accurate daily patrol logs and incident reportsCommunicate regularly with the Control Room and Operations TeamEnsure proper care, cleanliness, and basic maintenance of the motorbikeAdhere strictly to company SOPs, safety protocols, and client instructionsMaintain a professional appearance and conduct at all timesMinimum Requirements & QualificationsValid motorbike riding licenseMinimum Grade 9 Certificate (Grade 12 added advantage)Prior security experience is an added advantagePhysically fit and able to work long shiftsAbility to read, write, and communicate effectivelyBasic knowledge of security procedures and emergency responseWillingness to work day and night shifts, weekends, and public holidaysSkills & CompetenciesDefensive and disciplined riding skillsStrong observation and situational awarenessQuick decision-making under pressureGood communication and reporting skillsHigh level of integrity, discipline, and reliabilityEquipment & UniformCompany-issued motorbikeProtective riding gear (helmet, reflective jacket, boots, gloves)Communication device (radio/phone)Standard security uniform and identificationWorking ConditionsOutdoor work in varying weather conditionsHigh-alert, fast-response environmentExposure to potential security risksPerformance IndicatorsResponse time to incidentsAccuracy and timeliness of reportsCompliance with SOPs and safety standardsClient and supervisor feedbackMotorbike care and operational readinessCode of ConductThe Security Rider must uphold Bienvenue Private Security Ltd’s values of professionalism, confidentiality, discipline, and client-centered service at all times.
