Its operations include cargo handling, fleet management, supply chain coordination, and support for import and export logistics.The company is committed to ensuring safe, timely, and efficient movement of goods while maintaining high standards of professionalism, accountability, and customer satisfaction across the region.Position OverviewThe Transport and Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the movement of goods to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective delivery. The role requires strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and effective communication in a cross-border logistics environment.Key Responsibilities·      Coordinate daily transport operations and delivery schedules·      Liaise with drivers, clients, customs officials, and border authorities·      Ensure compliance with transport regulations and safety standards·      Prepare, verify, and manage logistics documentation and reports·      Optimize transport routes and monitor fuel efficiency·      Coordinate with fleet supervisors and external business partners in the DRC·      Resolve operational delays and logistics challenges promptly·      Maintain accurate records of deliveries and performance reportsQUALIFICATIONS·      Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Transport and Logistics, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or a related field·      Must be a registered member of the Chartered Institute of Transport and Logistics (CILT)·      Minimum of 2 years’ experience in transport and logistics coordination·      Good communication skills in English, French, and Congo Swahili (added advantage)·      Good computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and logistics tracking system·      Age Requirement·      Applicants must be between 26 and 35 years oldKey Competencies·      Strong coordination and organizational skills·      Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines·      High level of integrity and professionalism·      Good problem-solving and decision-making ability·      Attention to detail and accuracy·      Ability to work independently and within a teamHow to ApplyInterested candidates should submit the following documents via email:·      Application letter·      Updated CV·      Copies of academic and professional qualifications·      Copy of Zambian National Registration Card (NRC)Send your application to:Email: david.kalwizi@icheetah.comCc: mapalo.mwansa@icheetah.comOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
