Invitation to Apply for Vendor RegistrationHFHZ invites reputable and eligible suppliers of goods and services to apply for vendor registration for a period of one (1) year, from 1st July 2026 to 30th June 2027.Please Note: A maximum of ten (10) suppliers per category will be selected, subject to meeting HFHZ’s evaluation and due diligence requirements.3. Required DocumentsInterested applicants must submit the following:Cover letter Company profile (including physical address, phone numbers, and email addresses) Valid ZRA Tax Clearance Certificate PACRA Registration Certificate Valid ZPPA Certificate Valid Workers’ Compensation Certificate For Category C vendors only: Valid WARMA registration – drilling licence (for drilling companies) and constructors’ licence for contractors Valid NCC registration (for contractors) Valid EIZ registration (for engineering firms and contractors)Valid ACEZ registration (for engineering/hydrology/geological/ consultants) Bank reference letter and bank account details Proof of past experience (e.g., completion or interim payment certificates, award letters, purchase orders, etc.) 5. Important NotesOnly applicants meeting the minimum requirements will be shortlisted for pre-qualification inspection. Applicants who do not meet the requirements will be automatically disqualified. Successful applicants will be invited to participate in competitive tenders. Registration does not guarantee award of business. Existing HFHZ vendors must re-apply and submit all required documentation. Applicants who do not receive feedback by 30th July 2026 should consider their application unsuccessful. 6.
