Client Focus Advisory Limited is seeking a proactive client fulfillment intern to join our administration team, ensuring that every client feels valued and satisfied with the services we deliver.About the Role: This is not as a client-facing, relationship-driven position. You will be the firm's ambassador in the field, visiting clients directly to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and ensure that our service delivery consistently meets the high standards Client Focus Advisory is known for.What You'll Do:Visit clients on-site to administer satisfaction surveys and structured questionnairesRecord and document client feedback accurately and professionallyAssess client satisfaction levels following the completion of audit or tax engagementsEscalate any client concerns or service gaps to the relevant internal teamsMaintain organised records of all client feedback and follow-up actionsPrepare regular feedback reports for management reviewBuild and nurture positive, long-term client relationships on behalf of the firmWhat We're Looking For:Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or a related fieldExcellent interpersonal and communication skills — confident engaging with clients face-to-faceProfessional, presentable, and able to represent the firm with integrityStrong organisational skills with attention to detail in documenting responsesA proactive, self-motivated individual comfortable working independently in the fieldProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)📩 To Apply: Send your CV and cover letter to recruitment@cfs.co.zmDeadline: 26 April 2026 | Full-Time Internship
