JUNIOR CASHIER

A fast-growing retail shop based in Chalala (Highlife area, Kasama Road) is seeking a disciplined and reliable Junior Cashier to join its operations team.This is not a position for the complacent. It demands consistency, integrity, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.Key Requirements:· Must be 25 years or below· Must possess relevant accounting qualifications (Certificate, Diploma or equivalent)· Must be willing and able to work long hours, including weekends· Must demonstrate the ability to work with minimum supervision· Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail· High levels of honesty and accountabilityKey Responsibilities:· Handling daily cash transactions efficiently and accurately· Maintaining proper records of sales and receipts· Reconciling cash at the end of each shift· Supporting basic stock and financial controls within the shop· Ensuring a high standard of customer service at all timesThis role is ideal for a young, ambitious individual looking to build practical experience in retail finance and operations.
