Social Community Officer

The Social Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring all social safeguard and community engagement activities under the Chunga Project. The position ensures that project activities are socially sustainable, inclusive, and compliant with the requirements of the World Bank’s Environmental and Social Framework (ESF) and Zambian regulations.The role involves proactive stakeholder engagement, grievance management, gender inclusion, and ensuring that affected communities are meaningfully consulted and supported throughout the project lifecycle.
