PRIMARY TEACHERKey ResponsibilitiesØ Deliver engaging and effective lessons.Ø Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and assessments in line with Oxford standards.Ø Create a positive, inclusive, and learner-centred classroom environment.Ø Support learners’ academic, social, and emotional development.Ø Communicate effectively with parents regarding learners’ progress.Ø Participate in staff meetings, school events, and professional development activities.Ø Uphold school policies, safeguarding standards, and professional ethicsMinimum Qualifications & RequirementsØ Diploma or Degree in Primary Education or a related field.Ø Certification or training in the Oxford Curriculum / Cambridge Curriculum is an added advantage.Ø Special needs Qualification and experience is an added advantageØ Valid Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) registration.Ø Minimum of 2–3 years’ teaching experience in an international or Cambridge/Oxford curriculum setting.Ø Strong classroom management and assessment skills.Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishKey Competencies & AttributesØ Strong understanding of learner-centered and inquiry-based teaching.Ø Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs.Ø Highly organized, creative, and results-oriented.Ø Passionate about teaching and committed to continuous professional development.Ø Ability to work effectively within a team2.
