We specialize in uniform production and are strengthening our operations team.Job SummaryWe are looking for a Cutting & Bundling Supervisor to oversee fabric cutting and bundle preparation for production. The role ensures that all garments are cut correctly, bundled accurately, and delivered to production in line with the production plan.This role is critical in ensuring that production lines receive the correct materials on time and without errors.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise fabric cutting operationsSupervise bundling process (5-piece bundle system)Ensure all garments are cut according to markers and specificationsEnsure bundles are:completeaccurateproperly labeledEnsure correct size separation and groupingOversee attachment of:size labelsbundle ticketsExecute cut plans issued by Product DevelopmentMonitor cutting output to meet production requirementsCoordinate with:Product DevelopmentTechnical Documentation OfficerProduction teamMaintain basic records and track quantities using simple computer toolsMinimum RequirementsExperience in garment cutting, tailoring, or productionGood understanding of garment components and sizesAbility to read and follow instructions and measurementsBasic numeracy skills (counting, quantities, sizes)Must be computer literate (this is important)Ability to supervise a small teamAdded AdvantageExperience in a garment factory environmentExperience supervising a teamKnowledge of marker usage or cutting layoutsSkills & CompetenciesAttention to detailStrong organizational skillsLeadership and supervision abilityAbility to work under pressureGood communication skillsWork StructureReports to Product Development DepartmentWorks closely with:Pattern MakersTechnical Documentation OfficerProduction SupervisorsSupervises:BundlersCuttersWhat We OfferOpportunity to work in a structured and growing manufacturing environmentHands-on leadership role in production operationsOpportunity to grow within the companyHow to Apply.
