ORDERS CO-ORDINATOR – MPONGWE FLOURMILL (X1)The Skills Required for this role Include:Receiving and entering customer orders into the system accurately Verifying pricing, quantities, product codes, and customer detailsConfirming stock availability with warehouse/inventory teamUpdating customers on order status, delays, or backordersHandling order changes, cancellations, and special requestsGenerating invoices, delivery notes, and shipping documentsEnsuring orders comply with company policy and any regulatory requirementsInvestigating and resolve order discrepancies, damages, or short shipmentsEscalating issues that could impact delivery timelinesCoordinating returns and replacements when neededTracking order KPIs: on-time delivery, order accuracy, backlogProviding daily/weekly reports to management on order statusThe Required Qualifications are:Grade 12 School CertificateDiploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field1–3 years in order processing, customer service, or admin rolesStrong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving under pressureThe Required Attributes Include: Communication Skills: be able to communicate in an efficient and clear mannerProblem-solving skills: able to resolve issues within the departmentDecision making: ability to make decisionsExperience in FMCG, manufacturing, or wholesale distributionBasic inventory principlesCustomer service mindsetPROCUREMENT OFFICER – MPONGWE FLOURMILL (X1)The Skills Required for this role Include:Receiving purchase requisitions from end-user departments. Assessing the supply market for products and services concerning price and quality.Obtaining quotes from suppliers. Liaising with requesting departments to assist in defining specifications for requirements to the supplier.Processing purchase orders (in pastel) and submitting them to respective signatories for authorisation.Resolving value/quality discrepancies of the supplied items through formal supplier complaints and following up on feedback. Ensuring payment/prepayments (if terms require so) are done to suppliers.Checking GRNs to ensure they are correctly filled in. Chasing up with suppliers concerning shipment of items. Communicating with the weighbridge manager to ensure the value/volume of weighable items is appropriate.Maintaining purchasing records, reports, supplier databases, and price lists.Performs any other task assigned to him by his superior.The Required Qualifications are:Grade 12 CertificateDegree in Purchasing and Supply or equivalent.Minimum 3 years of work experienceMust be a Member of ZIPSThe Required Attributes Include: Communication Skills: be able to communicate in an efficient and clear mannerProblem-solving skills: able to resolve issues within the departmentDecision making: ability to make decisionsMentoring and coaching: mentoring and coaching supervisors and subordinatesPeople Management, accountability for performance management, formal and informal development, and succession planning CANTEEN CHEF – MPONGWE FEEDMILL (01)The Skills Required for this role Include: Ensure the foods supplied are of good quality and fit for human consumption Ensure that the canteen and the surrounding are cleanEnsure that the food is properly cooked and served to employees on time so that they go back for work without wasting too much time Ensure that all the canteen staffs observe maximum cleanlinessOrdering daily, weekly and month stock for the canteenEnsuring that documents provided are up to dateResponsible for receiving of canteen food stuffs and required items.Ensuring that all meal portions and coupons are accounted for and alignedEnsure that the canteen doesn’t run out of food as a result of poor planning The Required Qualifications are:Grade 12 certificate.Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management & Catering ServicesMinimum 1 year work experience in a similar or related field.The Required Attributes Include: Ability to use catering tool and able to cook for a lot of people Self-driven and accepting delegated dutiesInteracts with staff and management requiring tact and diplomacyWeekly and monthly reportsAbility to use mathematical computations Interested candidates who meet the criteria above are encouraged to submit their applications letters, with detailed Curriculum Vitae, copies of certificates, and contact details of three (3) referees to:THE HR OPERATIONS MANAGERZambeef Products PLCP/B 17, WoodlandsLusaka orEmail: Recruitment@zambeef.co.zmNB.
