Projects and Contracts Manager-Elevator & Escalator

The suitable candidate must possess:As minimum a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering or similar technical qualification.Must have at least 10-15 years’ experience with at least 6 years in Managerial position.A profound technical and practical knowledge in installation, commissioning, service and maintenance of elevators and escalators.Hands-on expertise with working on design, drawings and AutoCAD programs.Ability to use the most advanced technology, and constantly strive to improve quality as per international set standards.A creative and innovative approach to problem solving.Experience in Technical Training of the Employees.In-depth experience on Projects and Site Management.Ability to maintain good relationships with Clients & Suppliers.Customer Satisfaction driven orientation.Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.Sales and marketing skills, experience on compiling and submitting tenders for projects.Experience with TKE (formerly ThyssenKrupp Elevators) made Escalators & Elevators is an added and well appreciated advantage.
