Sales Operations Specialist

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and results-driven Sales Operations Specialist to support the growth and performance of our sales agent network in Zambia. In this role, you will be at the centre of fieldforce operations, sales enablement, and performance support, helping ensure our sales teams are recruited, equipped, motivated, and supported to deliver strong results.Key responsibilitiesLead the recruitment, screening, onboarding, and training of sales agents to build a high-performing fieldforceMaintain and update fieldforce documentation and playbooksEnsure CRM and user systems are accurate and up to dateResolve agent operational issues and support requests promptlyProvide coaching and fieldforce guidance to maximise agent performanceOversee contractor payments, bonuses, and reward distributionCoordinate operational logistics to support smooth field executionWork closely with marketing, finance, operations, and the call centre team to improve lead closure, collections, visibility, and executionProvide regular reports, market intelligence, and competitor feedback to support decision-makingRequirementsExperience in sales enablement, field operations, or fieldforce managementStrong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in CRM systems, lead management tools, and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentInterested candidates are encouraged to submit their application via the link below, including a CV, by the stated closing date.
