About the RoleWe’re looking for a self-motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our growth by sourcing and speaking with potential clients, qualifying interest in our services, and passing suitable prospects to our Business Development Manager (BDM).This role is not a closing position.Your responsibility is to generate your own leads, start conversations, qualify interest, and book discovery calls for the BDM.Our service helps businesses offload admin, enquiry handling, and follow-up through managed virtual assistant support, with optional lead generation.What You’ll Be PromotingVirtual assistant support for admin, enquiries, and follow-upOptional lead generation servicesMonthly retainer solutions (tier-based)You’ll introduce the service and book qualified discovery calls.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and research your own leads (LinkedIn, databases, outreach tools, etc.)Contact potential clients via phone, email, or LinkedInAsk discovery questions to understand admin and lead-handling challengesQualify prospects based on fit and interestBook discovery calls for the BDMPass clear notes and context to the BDMKeep basic records of outreach and conversationsWhat You Will NOT Be Doing❌ Closing sales❌ Negotiating pricing❌ Handling advanced objections❌ High-pressure sellingYour focus is lead sourcing, qualification, and booking quality meetings.What We’re Looking ForEssential:Comfortable sourcing and researching leads independentlyConfident speaking with business owners and decision-makersClear, professional communicationOrganised and reliableAble to follow a simple process and scriptNice to Have:Experience as an SDR or appointment setterB2B outbound experienceFamiliarity with CRM systems and prospecting toolsCommission & CompensationPaid per qualified meeting bookedBonus incentives for meetings that convert to clientsClear qualification criteria providedNo closing pressureDetails discussed during interview.
