We offer creative, effective and flexible solutions that not only help individuals discover their career paths but provide organizations with talent they can recruit, develop and retain. About the role:Our client is seeking a person that can work on a part-time basis as a Financial Consultant that can ensure the accuracy and integrity of the organization's financial records, compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and the provision of financial insights to support strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Line-manage Junior Accountant (JA): plan, review, and guide workReview JA Sage Pastel & FlexPayroll entries; direct correctionsReview draft financial statements; ensure accuracyAdvise on PAYE, ITX, WHT, VAT, Smart InvoicingPrepare draft tax computations/returns for MD approvalIdentify risks, discrepancies, and compliance deadlinesAdvise on cashflow, pricing, and financial performance for consulting business planning and developmentQualifications:Degree in Accounting/Finance; 5+ yrs SME experience in ZambiaZICA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA/CA (part or full)Strong ZRA, Sage Pastel, FlexPayroll knowledgeCompensation:The incumbent will receive a competitive salary commensurate with experience.To Apply:Please send your CV to careers@talenthousepeople.com  before the  28th of April, 2026.
