The role involves gathering, verifying, and managing client and market data to support business operations and decision-making.The position requires both office-based and field activities, including collecting data from targeted locations and ensuring accurate record-keeping.Key ResponsibilitiesData Collection & Field WorkCollect relevant client and market data from designated areas.Conduct field visits within assigned locations to gather accurate information.Engage with individuals and businesses to obtain required data.Ensure all collected data is complete, accurate, and properly documented.Data Management & ReportingCapture and update data in company systemMaintain organized records of all collected information.Prepare daily and weekly data collection reports.Verify and clean data to ensure reliability and consistency.Minimum Qualifications & RequirementsGrade 12 Certificate (required).Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Email).Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Willingness to conduct fieldwork when required.Added AdvantageA Certificate in General InsuranceBasic knowledge of data entry or data management.Prior experience in the insurance industry will be an added advantage.Preferred LocationData Collector Applicants residing in or around the following areas are highly encouraged to apply:Garden ChiluluNorthmeadOlympiaNg’ombeWhat We OfferWeekly transport allowance.Exposure to real business operations.Opportunity to develop professional & technical skills.Potential for future opportunities based on performance.Practical, hands-on experience in data collection and management.Ideal Candidate ProfileWe are looking for disciplined and dependable individuals who are detail-oriented and comfortable working with data.
