About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource & Administrative Assistant to support our HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient office operations while supporting HR processes across the organization.Minimum of 2 years’ relevant industry experience in HR and administrationDiploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fieldStrong organizational and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to handle confidential information with integrityCore Duties and ResponsibilitiesHR Administration: Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, shortlisting, interview coordination, and onboarding of new employees.Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, contracts, and HR databases in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.Payroll & Leave Support: Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data and administer leave tracking systems.Office Administration: Oversee general office operations including supplies management, correspondence, filing, and coordination of meetings.Compliance & Reporting: Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies, and prepare periodic HR and administrative reports.Key AttributesHigh level of professionalism and confidentialityStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskSelf-starter with the ability to work under minimal supervisionApplication Process Interested candidates who meet the above requirements and are available for an immediate start are encouraged to submit their CV and cover letter to satty@acebusinessadvisory.com by 10 May 2026.
