Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service Greet guests warmly, seat them promptly, and present menusOrder Management Take accurate food and drink orders, relay special requests to the kitchen, and advise on menu items, specials, and allergensPayment Present bills, process cash/card payments, operate POS systems, and handle transactions accuratelyHealth & Safety : Follow food hygiene standards, HACCP guidelines, and restaurant safety policies at all timesClosing Duties Restock service stations, polish cutlery/glassware, and assist with end-of-shift cleaningRequirementsExperience tracable experience highly recommended 2 to 3 years of experience -Skills Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills; ability to stay calm under pressurePhysical Able to stand/walk for long shifts and carry trays up to 10kgProfessional appearance, basic math for handling payments, and a food handler’s certificate if required locallyAttach education or training documentation .
