Regional Relationship Manager

Reporting to: Head of RetailObjective: To ensure regional client accounts are managed with operational excellence, focusing on long-term retention and process efficiency.Operational Alignment: Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure regional client commitments align with the company’s internal capacity and delivery timelines.Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the "client onboarding" or "service delivery" phases within your region and suggest workflow improvements.KPI Reporting: Provide weekly reports to the Director on regional health metrics, churn risks, and resource utilization.Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the bridge between regional client needs and the internal operations team to ensure seamless service execution.
