Marketing Graduate Trainee

Position Type: Full-time (Probation: 3 months, following local Zambian labour standards for working hours and leave policy)Key Responsibilities (Phased):Phase 1 (Initial stage – focus on market research & client discovery):Conduct field market research to identify potential customers and market trends.Build initial databases of leads and business opportunities.Phase 2 (Later stage – focus on product sales):Promote and sell company products to targeted clients.Develop customer relationships and provide after-sales support.Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.Note: Frequent travel within Zambia (including upcountry regions) is required for both phases.Candidate Requirements:Nationality: Zambian citizen only.Gender: Open to both male and female.Education: University degree (Bachelor’s or higher) from a Zambian university.Major preference: Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
