Farm Assistant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPoultry Management:Daily care and management of chickens (broilers and layers)Experience in brooding, feeding, watering, and monitoring bird healthCleaning and disinfecting poultry housesCollecting eggs and maintaining production recordsIdentifying and reporting diseases or abnormal behaviorOnion Gardening:Land preparation, planting, and transplanting onionsWatering, fertilizing, and weeding onion fieldsPest and disease control specific to onion cropsHarvesting, grading, and storage of onionsMaintaining garden hygiene and productivityREQUIREMENTSAge: 25 to 45 yearsMinimum qualification: Certificate or Diploma in Agriculture OR proven practical experience in farmingHands-on experience in:Poultry farming (broilers & layers)Brooding and flock managementOnion cultivation (planting to harvest)Physically fit and willing to work in a farm environmentHonest, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervisionSKILLS & ATTRIBUTESStrong work ethic and reliabilityAttention to detailBasic record-keeping skillsGood communication skills
