Job Description
To drive business growth for EQWPE Clothing Limited by identifying sales opportunities, acquiring and maintaining customer relationships, promoting company products, and consistently achieving agreed sales targets.Immediate Supervisor: Director - AdministrationKey Responsibilities Identify customers and marketsConduct sales visitsMaintain client relationshipsPrepare sales reportsMeet revenue targetsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Sales Target Achievement The employee shall actively promote and sell the Company’s products and is expected to achieve a minimum monthly sales target.Customer Acquisition The employee shall identify and secure new customers and business opportunities to expand the Company’s client base.Customer Relationship Management The employee shall maintain positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty.Product Promotion and Marketing The employee shall actively promote the Company’s products through direct sales, marketing activities, and customer engagement.Sales Reporting and Record Keeping The employee shall maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and leads, and submit reports as required by management.Professional Conduct and Representation The employee shall represent the Company professionally, maintain high standards of customer service, and comply with all Company policies and procedures.Requirements: Diploma or certificate in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Previous experience in sales, marketing, retail, or customer service is an added advantage.Ability to communicate effectively with customers and promote products.Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement.Ability to work towards sales targets and performance goals.Basic knowledge of record keeping and reporting.Must demonstrate professional conduct, honesty, and reliability.Competencies and Skills Required: Sales and Negotiation Skills – Ability to persuade customers and close sales effectively.Communication Skills – Ability to clearly communicate product information and interact professionally with clients.Customer Service Skills – Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.Marketing and Product Promotion Skills – Ability to promote products and increase brand visibility.Time Management – Ability to organize work activities and manage time efficiently to achieve targets.Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to respond to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.Teamwork and Collaboration – Ability to work cooperatively with other staff members and departments.Digital Communication Skills – Basic ability to use social media, messaging platforms, or digital tools for customer engagement.Personal Attributes Required for Appointment: Highest standards of ethics and integrity.
