Job Description
The Property Operations Coordinator is responsiblefor overseeing property maintenance activities,tracking materials and assets purchased, supervisingwork done by contractors or internal teams, andmanaging all related documentation includinginvoices and reports.The role ensures that all property-related works areproperly executed, recorded, cost-controlled, andaligned with company standardsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Coordinate and monitor maintenance activitiesacross properties• Supervise contractors and service providers on-site• Conduct inspections before and after maintenancework• Track materials, equipment, and property assets• Maintain updated asset and maintenance records• Verify goods received and track material usage• Collect and verify invoices related to propertyoperations• Ensure work completion before recommendingpayments• Maintain proper documentation of works done perproperty• Submit weekly activity reports and monthlyoperations reports
