Sales & Marketing Executive — Motorcycle & Auto Spares📍 Lusaka ⏱ Full Time 💰 K4,000/monthAbout the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to lead shop operations and grow sales through both in-person and digital channels. This is a leadership role — you will supervise a team of two sales representatives while actively generating and converting leads.Your mission: grow sales revenue by bringing customers to us — online and offline — regardless of our location.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and motivate 2 sales representatives to hit daily and monthly targetsManage shop operations and maintain high customer service standardsGenerate leads through organic content creation and paid digital advertisingManage and optimise a monthly paid advertising budget across Facebook and other platformsBuild and maintain an active customer database for follow-up and repeat salesReport weekly on leads, conversions, and marketing spend performanceRepresent the brand professionally — online and in personWho We Are Looking ForNon-negotiable:Proven track record in sales — we want numbers, not just experienceBasic digital marketing knowledge — content creation, paid ads, lead generationLeadership ability — can supervise, motivate and hold a small team accountableFast learner with genuine hunger to drive resultsAdvantageous:Experience in a retail, shop or showroom environmentTechnical knowledge of auto or motorcycle spare partsExperience managing a marketing or advertising budgetWhat Success Looks Like in 90 DaysLead generation system running — organic and paidSales team hitting consistent weekly targetsActive customer database built and in regular useMarketing budget delivering measurable returnQualificationsWe are not rigid about academic qualifications.
