CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) OUTSOURCING SERVICES FOR CASUAL LABOUR MANAGEMENTWe are a leading tile manufacturing company based in Zambia seeking to engage qualified and experienced outsourcing firms to manage casual employees for our factory operations.Scope of Services: The selected service provider(s) will be responsible for:Recruitment, vetting, and onboarding of casual factory workersPayroll processing, including timely and accurate wage paymentsStatutory compliance, including NAPSA, NHIMA, and any other applicable obligationsTime and attendance managementSupervision support and performance monitoringHandling employee welfare, grievances, and disciplinary mattersEnsuring full compliance with Zambian labour laws and regulationsEligibility Criteria: Interested companies must:Be duly registered in Zambia and hold valid trading licensesHave proven experience in labour outsourcing/staffing services, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environmentDemonstrate capacity to manage a large casual workforceHave robust payroll, HR, and compliance systemsBe compliant with all statutory bodies (NAPSA, NHIMA, ZRA)Provide at least three (3) traceable client referencesSubmission Requirements: Interested parties should submit:Company profileCertificate of incorporation and relevant licensesTax clearance certificateEvidence of statutory compliance (NAPSA, NHIMA, ZRA)Details of relevant experience and client references specifically in the manufacturing industry.Description of systems, processes, and workforce management approachAny other supporting documentationSubmission Details: All submissions should be sent to: zambia-recruitment@twyfordtile.com Deadline for submission: Tuesday 21st April 2026Only shortlisted companies will be contacted.We look forward to partnering with competent, compliant, and reliable service providers.
