Mechanical Repair TechnicianKey Responsibilities:Maintain and repair machinery within the mixing plant Diagnose mechanical faults and implement solutions Perform welding and fabrication work Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance Ensure safe and efficient equipment operation Requirements:Grade 12 School Certificate Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Proven experience in industrial/mechanical maintenance Strong welding and fabrication skills Good understanding of mechanical systems Ability to work under pressure 4. Equipment InspectorKey Responsibilities:Inspect plant equipment and machinery Identify defects and recommend corrective actions Prepare inspection reports Monitor maintenance activities Ensure compliance with safety standards Requirements:Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Experience in industrial or plant equipment inspection Strong analytical and reporting skills Attention to detail and integrity 5. Chief of Section / Section ForemanKey Responsibilities:Supervise daily operations within the assigned section Lead and manage technical teams Ensure efficient production processes Enforce safety standards Provide training and performance monitoring Requirements:Proven experience in concrete mixing or industrial operations Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese (mandatory) Strong problem-solving skills 6.
