This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who has a sharp eye for design and the technical ability to bring those designs to life on the web.If you are a hybrid creator who can design a stunning brand identity and then build the website to match, this role is for you.The Role at a GlanceType: Full-time (On-site)Location: 9156, Kasiya Crescent, Kalundu, Lusaka, ZambiaDuration: 1-Year ContractProbation Period: 3 MonthsSalary: K2,500 per monthRequirement: Must have your own functional laptop.Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design: Create high-quality visual content for social media, branding materials, and digital advertisements.Web Development: Build, maintain, and update responsive websites (WordPress, HTML/CSS).UI/UX Design: Create user-friendly website layouts and wireframes that prioritize conversion and aesthetics.Asset Management: Ensure all digital assets are optimized for web performance and visual clarity.Collaboration: Work closely with the social media team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.Requirements & QualificationsDesign Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma/Canva.Web Skills: Hands-on experience with WordPress and a solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.Portfolio: You must provide a portfolio showcasing both graphic design projects and live/mockup websites.Hardware: Possession of a laptop capable of running design and development software.Mindset: A strong desire to learn, high attention to detail, and the ability to hit deadlines.Why Join Us?At Inerun Zambia, you won't just be "helping out"—you will be building the face of our digital projects.
