CASUAL WORKER

This job is designed for a casual worker hired for daily, as-needed, company-paid work (e.g., general labour, emergency job, temporary field work helper).Job Title: Casual Worker (Daily Hire)Role Overview:We are seeking reliable and motivated Casual Workers to support our team on a daily, as-needed basis. These positions are ideal for individuals seeking flexibility, with shifts assigned based on workload peaks, special projects, or staff absences. This is a "day-to-day" role, with no guarantee of ongoing or regular hours. Key Responsibilities:-General Assistance: Provide support across various areas of the business (e.g., packing, cleaning, loading/unloading).-Stock Handling: Receive, move, and replenish inventory/stock.-Physical Labour: Perform manual tasks, including lifting up to 25kg, standing for extended periods, and operating in a dynamic environment.-Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.-Team Support: Follow instructions from supervisors promptly to meet daily production or operational targets. Required Skills and Experience:-Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.-Physically active and capable of manual labour.-Reliable, punctual, and flexible to accept shifts on short notice.-Prior experience in a similar fast-paced role is advantageous. Terms and Benefits:Pay: Daily rate is K70 per day casual wage (paid daily/weekly).Hours: No fixed hours or regular schedule.Flexibility: Right to accept or refuse shifts.Rights: Entitled to overtime if you work more than 8 eight hours a day, and up to 100% bonus for excellent work, good performance or following instructions accurately and seriously.
